Truly one of the creepiest rapists around, but not the most powerful, or successful. Decuis spends most of his time at the "Rennaissance Festival", posing as a soothsayer. He sneaks around corners, trees and bushes. He is always in pursuit of small children... the elderly... household appliances, basically anything weak and vulnerable. Decius has the worst rape/attempt ratio in the history of the IRC with 9,937 attempts....and only one success. His catchphrase...(and almost his whole vocabulary)..."Decius seeze you!!" (It is spelled that way because nobody is really quite sure what kind of "seeze" Decius is talking about....whether it's "seize", or simply "sees".)
